Helping make the Northern Beaches a community to be proud of...

People are at the heart of our community, and it is through our collective actions and ideas that we continue to make this a wonderful place to live. It’s a rewarding responsibility, and we all reap the benefits of any positive contribution. At Community Northern Beaches, it’s our mission to help everyone in our area to focus their efforts where they make a difference. Our community hubs are the epicentres for this activity, and we welcome all in the area to partake where they can, either to give support or to receive it.

Our mission is to build connections and strengthen community through a range of support services including:

Cape to Cape Adventure 2022

In October, 12 women will walk 90km of Western Australia’s iconic Cape to Cape track over 5 days. The track follows the stunning Margaret River coastline from Cape Nautraliste lighthouse to Cape Leeuwin lighthouse and the group will be camping along the way.

This Cape to Cape adventure has been organised by Goodwill Hunting Co. and it is both a physical and fundraising challenge. The group is aiming to raise $15,000 before they set off to support the most vulnerable people on the Northern Beaches.

All the funds raised will go to Community Northern Beaches, supporting the vital services and advocacy provided by their Homeless Outreach and Domestic and Family Violence Teams. Hawkesbury Brewing Co.’s zero alcohol range, Prohibition, has come forward to sponsor the trekkers.
