Community Northern Beaches has two locations. See below details of our spaces for hire at 52 Raglan Street, Manly and 2 Alfred Road, Brookvale.

Small Meeting Rooms

Rooms can be hired 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. Our 2 small meeting rooms are 18sqm each. These are perfect for seminars, workshops, training days or smaller group meetings. Facilities include Smart TV, movable whiteboard, guest wi-fi, photocopying, kitchen and disabled toilet facilities and access. Catering can be organised on request.

Hire cost: $15.40 per hour (incl of GST)
$9.90 per hour (incl of GST) for not for profit hirers
$4.40 per hour (incl of GST) for concession card holders

Large Meeting Room

Rooms can be hired 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. Our large meeting room is 36sqm. This is perfect for seminars, workshops, yoga/pilates classes or small group classes, and large group meetings. Facilities include Smart TV, movable whiteboard, guest wi-fi, photocopying, kitchen and disabled toilet facilities and access. Catering can be organised on request.

Hire cost: $22.00 per hour (incl of GST)
$14.30 per hour (incl of GST) for not for profit hirers
$6.60 per hour (incl of GST) for concession card holders

Large meeting room

Counselling Rooms

Rooms can be hired 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. There are 6 counselling rooms available for up to 3 people. Each counselling room includes a duress alarm, whiteboard and dual exit.

Hire cost $9.90 per hour (inclusive of GST)
$6.60 per hour (inclusive of GST) for not for profit hirers
$2.20 per hour (inclusive of GST) for concession card holders

Hot Desks

We have 10 hot desk spaces for hire. These are available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Provided – full use of office space including photocopying, kitchen facilities, guest wi-fi, manned reception, option of break-out meeting rooms – see above. Can be booked on an ad-hoc basis or longer term.

Hire cost $30 per day (inclusive of GST)

MEETING ROOMS FOR RENT – LONG OR SHORT TERM AVAILABLE (could be rented separately or as a pair)

OFFICE 2 – 4 Desk Capacity

Newly refurbished light filled office for rent in a shared office environment. Available to NFP/Charitable organisations only. Suitable for 4 people. Rental agreement could include option to use meeting rooms and counselling rooms (see above for details).

Shared office environment is fully secure with CCTV and back to base alarm system. 24 hour Swipe card/key access. Full kitchen facilities available and use of printing/photocopying station. Full disabled access and amenities. Reception services available Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm (if required).

North Hall

The North Hall is available for hire Monday to Friday from 5pm – 10.30pm and weekends 8am – 10.30pm. This space is multipurpose and can be used for meetings, training days, workshops or yoga and exercise classes. The hall is 50sq metres and has a maximum capacity of 40 people (24 people if exercising the 2sqm rule during covid restrictions). The North Hall has full kitchen access. Tables and chairs are provided and a projector and screen available on request. The North Hall has ample on street parking and 4 off street parking spaces for loading/unloading of equipment. The location is very accessible via public transport.

Hire cost $16.50 per hour (inclusive of GST)

North Hall Kitchen

WEST HALL

The West Hall is available for hire 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. This space can be used for meetings, training days and small workshops. The hall is 21sq metres and has a maximum capacity of 15 people (10 people if exercising the 2sqm rule during covid restrictions). The West Hall has full kitchen access. Tables and chairs are provided and a projector and screen available on request. The West Hall also has an office adjacent that can be used as a break out room/office. The West Hall has ample on street parking and 4 off street parking spaces for loading/unloading of equipment. The location is very accessible via public transport.

Hire cost $16.35 per hour (inclusive of GST)
$8.80 per hour (inclusive of GST) for not for profit hirers
